Integrated Leadership Workshop

Anxiety is not a nice feeling! It is the fear of the unknown. It is worse than a known fear…like fear of the dark. And it is everywhere and affects everyone, especially anyone in any form of leadership, from parenting to being a CEO. Anxiety travels from one person to the next until, given enough anxiety, a herd of people is developed where the most anxious is calling the shots! This workshop introduces you to a way of thinking about and addressing that anxiety. You will come to appreciate that by maintaining yourself as a healthy leader - by providing a less-anxious person in the midst of anxious situations– your personal family, your professional family, and yes, even your church family will benefit greatly. Join us on Friday, March 6th, 6:00 pm-8:45 pm and Saturday, March 7th from 8:30 am-2:30 pm a workshop facilitated by Rev. Bill Selby, President of the Center for Pastoral Effectiveness. Bill utilizes his understandings of family systems as well as his background in engineering, education, and ministry in his presentations. This experience will help you to be less anxious during challenging situations in that will come your way and, perhaps, get less sucked in by the natural reactivity that happens within families, businesses, and even your church.
