Sunday Worship

The third Sunday in June is set aside as a special day to honor fathers and celebrate their presence in our lives. In the United States, Father’s Day has been celebrated for over 100 years since its inception in 1910. This is a day to honor our fathers who are with us now, to remember our fathers who have passed, and to thank men who have served as fathers when ours where unable to. We will have a special video tribute to honor fathers at the end of the service.

This weekend we will continue our series focused on John Wesley’s Three Simple Rules. Do No Harm, Do Good, and Stay in Love with God. As we seek to “Do Good” we will go deeper in our conversation about racism and our response to it.

I hope you will join us for a special time of worship and celebration as we seek to honor our fathers and “Do Good” to our African American brothers and sisters!
