Traditionally, our youth have been at the doors following worship on Super Bowl Sunday with our soup kettles to collect at least $1 from each person in worship as part of the Souper Bowl of Caring. We will be out with our soup kettles this year, too!! On Sunday, February 7th, from 11:30-12:30 p.m. we are having a drive-thru tailgate party on the east side of the church. Drive-thru, enjoy the decorated tailgates, drop your donation in the soup kettles, pick-up a free grilled hot dog to enjoy and support our youth as they support United Methodist Open Door’s Food Ministry. 100% of your donations will go directly to UMOD. You can even get into the spirit with us and wear your favorite team’s shirt! We would love to see you on the 7th! If you can’t make it to the tailgate, you can still donate on-line at www.ehumc.org.
