Sign up to attend the Taking Charge of ADHD Workshop, a one-day workshop featuring summaries of the book’s content with exercises illustrating key points from the books, reflection activities regarding your family’s experiences with ADHD, and interactive exercises regarding self-regulation and mindfulness throughout the course.
Parents are encouraged to attend with at least one other adult from your family, such as a co-parent, grandparent, or extended family member.
The workshop will be hosted by Student Therapists enrolled in the Friends University Master of Science in Family Therapy Graduate Program.
Registration is FREE but does not include a copy of the book. Participants are encouraged to purchase and bring their own copies of the book to the workshop.
